Privacypolicy.

The website avelis.rs is run by Avelis, a professional cleaning and ironing agency from Belgrade (Radnih akcija, Belgrade). For any privacy questions, contact us on 064 348 3754.

The site has no accounts and no customer database. When you send a request through the form or the calculator, the message opens in WhatsApp on your device and is only sent when you send it — we receive it as a normal WhatsApp message.

We use the details in your message (name, phone number, address, size and preferred time) only to reply, give you a quote and arrange the visit. We don't sell them or share them with third parties.

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site, which pages they view and which buttons they use to contact us (call, Viber, WhatsApp, form). It helps us make the site better.

Analytics cookies are only set after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. Until then, Google only receives anonymous signals without cookies or identifiers. Advertising cookies and ad personalisation are always off, and we don't use Google signals.

Data in Google Analytics is kept for at most 14 months. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” button in the site footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser.

The Contact page shows a Google map, and links lead to WhatsApp, Viber and our Instagram (@avelisagencija). Those services have their own privacy policies.

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted. Just contact us by phone or message.
