Moving into a new flat or handing back the keys? An empty flat is the easiest to clean thoroughly. There's no separate service or price for it — you book standard, deep or post-renovation cleaning, depending on the state of the flat.
Which cleaning to choose
Three situations, three solutions.
Before moving in or after moving out we do the same work as on any other visit — the only question is which service the flat's condition calls for.

The flat has been kept up
If the previous tenants left the flat tidy, or you're moving out of a place you cleaned regularly yourself, standard cleaning is enough: dust, bathroom, kitchen and rubbish.

- Deep cleaning→
No thorough clean in a long time
Limescale in the bathroom, grease in the kitchen and dirty windows — a common sight after a long let. Deep cleaning also covers the windows, oven, range hood and steam disinfection.
For 50 m²: about 4 h of work
- After renovation or construction→
There was work done before move-in
Painting, new tiles, new windows and doors, or a new build: building dust, stickers, glue and paint marks all need to come off.
For 50 m²: about 5.5 h of work

Why then
An empty flat is the easiest to clean.
With no furniture or belongings in the way, every surface is within reach: the floor along the walls and where the wardrobes stood, a bathroom with no toiletries on the shelves, windows without curtains. What was hidden for years is now in plain view — and can be cleaned.
After moving out, a clean flat makes handing the keys back to your landlord or the new owner easier. If you rent your flat out, the gap between two tenants is a good moment to bring everything back to square one, before anyone moves their things in.

The price is the same as for the service you choose and depends on the floor area, the state of the flat and any extras — windows, balcony or oven. Travel and supplies cost nothing extra. Below is the approximate time for 40, 60 and 80 m² flats; for a price, send us the floor area and a short description and you'll get a free estimate.

We recommend a deep cleaning: on top of basic upkeep it covers limescale, grease, the oven, range hood, steam disinfection and window washing. For a 50 m² flat, allow about 4 hours of work.
Yes. Depending on how the flat was kept, that's a standard or deep cleaning. Tell us when you have to hand the keys back so we can fit the visit in before the handover.
You can. We arrange the key or a code in advance, and when we're done we send photos and a message that the flat is ready — handy if you're moving from another city or are already in your new place.
